Cold-smoked products

  • Products are smoked using modern high-temperature vapour smoke generators.
  • Treated with overheated water vapour at 500 ºC, natural non-carnivorous wood shavings wash resin, soot and volatile organic compounds from wood particles.
  • There is no bitterness characteristic of smoked products.
