Recruitment and administration of the database of job applicants

If (i) you have sent your CV (curriculum vitae), cover letter, references and/or other documents or data in accordance with an advertisement for selection for a specific position published on the BIOVELA Group's websites or on a specialised website dedicated to recruitment and job search, or (ii) you have provided the aforementioned data/information on a voluntary basis when applying for any position within the companies of the BIOVELA Group, your voluntarily provided personal data and the other personal data listed below will be processed for the purpose of recruitment.

Your consent to the processing of the data contained in your CV, candidate questionnaire and/or other application documents (CV, cover letter, etc.) for the purpose of recruitment shall be deemed to have been obtained when you submit your CV, candidate questionnaire and/or other application documents to us.

If, when submitting his/her personal data, a person indicates the position for which he/she wishes to apply, his/her personal data shall be kept for the duration of the selection process for the selected position(s). If the person does not indicate the position for which he/she wishes to apply when submitting his/her personal data, his/her personal data shall be kept for the duration of the selection process for the position(s) offered to him/her, but no longer than 2 years.

Please note that your previous employers may be contacted and asked for their opinion on your qualifications, professional skills and personal qualities, in exercise of their right under the law on the protection of personal data. However, your current employer will not be contacted without your explicit consent.

Communication by email

The basis for the processing of your personal data is your expression of your free will to communicate by e-mail and to provide certain data in that communication, i.e. your consent. In addition, the processing may also be based on the performance of a contract and the fulfilment of statutory obligations.
